St. Louis Cathedral
This is one of the only high dynamic range (HDR) photos I took in New Orleans. HDR images require a steady hand or a tripod, and I just didn’t have the energy to carry a heavy tripod all day around the French Quarter.
Basilica Sunset
This beautiful church is on Haywood Street in Asheville, NC. St. Lawrence is a Roman Catholic Church that has planted dozens of rose bushes in from of its striking façade. I’m sure we’ll be posting more of images of the same in our gallery soon enough.

Louisville Riverboat
It was a beautiful June evening on the Ohio river as this riverboat sailed into the dock. I stood by and watched as the boat was expertly piloted into its berth. Taken in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
St. Philip’s Spire
St. Philip’s church is located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, on Church Street, appropriately enough. We visited in May, at the right time to take in the spring color.
Offering
This image was taken in Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA. The cemetery is tucked away in the eastern corner of the city, and the day we visited was overcast and drizzly, an appropriate combination for this historical site.
